This process is designed to stack finished panels efficiently at the production speed.

It is very important that the stacking speed should not be slower than panel production speed.

It is possible to stack panels by an automatic or manual operation.

Stacker Capacity：

1. High speed conveyor
Conveying the cut panel (single panel) from cross cutter to stopper conveyor by high speed.

2. Stopper conveyor

This unit is the last conveyor where the panels from hi-speed stand by to be lifted to the stacker and is able to cover the max.

18m panel in length. It has the stoppage device to smoothly stop the panel that is moved at high speed.

3. Stacker
This unit convey the panels from the stopper conveyor, to the stacking conveyor or movable pallet while absorbing the panels by the vacuum pad.

4. Turnover device
This unit overturns (rotate through 180o) the roof panels to achieve a space saving stacking of panels with stacking the roof panels into each other.

Main Features:

1. Panel from the continuous sandwich panel production line is a composite structure consisting of two external facings and an insulating core. The core can be flexible with Polyurethane, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, PIR, Phenolic or EPS. Various profiles are available according to customer's requirement with pre-painted steel sheets, PVC sheets, Aluminum paper or other similar supports.

2. The continuous sandwich panel production line has a large scale production capacity. It allows a uniform distribution of the reactive mixture, a homogeneous density, suitable physical and mechanical characteristics.

3. Roof panels, wall panels and door panels are mainly made of metal section support and polyurethane insulating mass.

4. The capacity of the continuous line is 3-7m/min, length of the production line is 100m, the size of the final panel is 3-18m long, 900-1200mm wide, 20-150mm thick, the valid length of double belt conveyor is 24m, the total power is 300kw.
